Duty to Manage Asbestos in Buildings Training

This Duty to Manage Course is designed to provide an overview of The Control of Asbestos Regs. 2012 Regulation 4.

Delegates will be provided with a basic understanding of the legislative requirements with reference to the Duty Holder and who that could be, the surveys available, what to expect in a survey, the asbestos management plan and it’s use and requirement.

The Course will benefit:
Duty Holders, Duty Holder’s assistants, Appointed persons, Building Owners, Landlords, Sub-Lessors, Managing Agents and any person assisting the Duty Holder.

Course Duration:
Initial Training: 6hrs. (with no previous asbestos awareness training)
Initial Training: 3hrs. (with previous UKATA awareness training last 6 months)
Refresher Training: Determined according to training needs analysis
